Meet Our Leadership
Justin Strickland
Principal : Justin Strickland is the Principal of Strickland Legacy Group, where he oversees the family office’s investment strategy, operating businesses, and long-term family initiatives. Through Strickland Legacy Group, he focuses on building and supporting businesses, real estate investments, and partnerships that create long-term value and impact.
Taylor Boles
Director of Family Office Operations :
Taylor Boles serves as the Director of Family Office Operations for Strickland Legacy Group, where she works closely with the Principal, Justin Strickland, to oversee the coordination and execution of the family office’s initiatives across operating businesses, investments, real estate, philanthropy, and external advisors.
Taylor joined Impact Brands in January 2022 as a Senior Accounting Specialist and was later promoted to Controller before assuming her current leadership role. With experience in both public accounting and corporate finance, she brings a strong background in financial operations, systems, and process development.
Taylor plays a central role in aligning priorities across the family office, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring that systems, processes, and advisor relationships operate efficiently as the organization continues to grow.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and their two dogs.
Shaun Elliott
Family Office Operations Manager :
Shaun Elliott serves as the Family Office Operations Manager for Strickland Legacy Group, where she works closely with the Director of Family Office Operations to support the day-to-day coordination and execution of activities across the family office and its related entities.
Shaun brings nearly two decades of experience supporting executive leadership and managing complex operational and administrative functions. Her background includes executive operations, fiscal management, and process improvement within higher education and organizational leadership environments.
She is known for her professionalism, discretion, and ability to build reliable systems and processes that help ensure the family office operates efficiently and effectively.
Jessica Strickland
Principal : Jessica Strickland is a co steward of the Strickland family’s philanthropic and legacy efforts. She plays an active role in shaping the values, culture, and charitable priorities of the family, with a particular focus on community-based initiatives and causes that support families and children. Her perspective helps anchor the family office in humility, service, and long-term thinking.
Ben Noland
Operating Partner | Impact Brands : Ben is an experienced business operator and strategist, entrepreneur and brand builder who built a profitable consumer apparel company, Pesca Muerta, from the ground up. Ben also boasts over 10 years of experience in consumer finance and commercial banking, in addition to working and consulting as an operator for multiple private-equity-backed retail and service-based businesses.
