🎯 The Challenge
Infinitech is a South African VoIP wholesale and reseller support company offering SIP trunks, hosted PBX, Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, SBCaaS, call recording, omnichannel contact centre solutions via QContact, and VoIP billing. They needed a four-page Divi WordPress website speaking directly to IT resellers and MSPs — not end-users — with warm, outcome-first copy rather than a technical product catalogue. The design reference was vodcs.co.za, a previous site Raymond had built for the same client, described as invoking emotion through a human element. A conditional contact form was required — different form fields for resellers versus end-users — with WhatsApp quick contact integration and a Partner Portal teaser throughout.
💡 Our Solution
Built all four pages using Divi on the existing infinitech.net.za WordPress installation. Homepage built with dual CTAs, a five-point What You Get on Day One section, a How You Make Money plays grid covering Teams Calling, Hosted IPBX, Compliance Recording, SIP Trunks and Omnichannel, a Support section, a three-step Scope → Deploy → Support process block, two case win cards, a FAQ accordion, testimonials, and a final conversion block — every section ending with a CTA and WhatsApp integration throughout. Solutions page built with nine individual solution blocks each with reseller-angle copy and individual CTAs, plus a bundle packages section. Technology Partners page built with individual partner cards for Yeastar, AudioCodes, Algo, QContact, and FlyingVoice — each with Why It Matters, Great For, and We Help You With structure. Contact page built with a conditional WPForms form using radio button selection between Reseller and End-User flows, loading different fields per selection. Full mobile responsiveness confirmed across all pages.
🏆 The Result
Four-page Divi WordPress website delivered and live at infinitech.net.za in five days for $220. Conditional contact form operational for both Reseller and End-User paths. All five technology partner cards live with benefit-first copy. WhatsApp integration active on homepage and contact page. Mobile responsiveness confirmed. Client's design team reviewed and confirmed happy on first pass: "Our main designer did go through and is happy." Client subsequently requested a quote for a further Divi mobile responsiveness project on a separate client site — confirming the ongoing referral relationship established from the original $10 MS Surfaces reCAPTCHA fix six months earlier.
