🎯 The Challenge
Octopus Marketing had a fully designed, well-organised Figma file for their 6-page company website but no live WordPress build. They needed an accurate, pixel-faithful conversion to WordPress that was fully mobile responsive — delivered within 10 days on a tight budget. A secondary challenge emerged 3 months after launch when the website went down completely and no backup files existed, requiring a full rebuild from the original Figma file.
💡 Our Solution
Reviewed the Figma design in full before confirming scope. Built the 6-page website using WordPress and Elementor, matching every section, font, colour, and spacing value directly from the Figma file. Mobile responsiveness was handled at the Elementor breakpoint level — column stacking, font scaling, image behaviour, and padding all adjusted per device. When the rebuild was requested in September 2025, the same Figma file served as the single source of truth, allowing a clean rebuild at the same price and timeline as the original.
🏆 The Result
Delivered a fully responsive 6-page WordPress website in 10 days for $290 — twice. Both the original build and the full rebuild were completed on time and within budget. The client returned months after the initial delivery confirming satisfaction and requesting the rebuild, demonstrating long-term trust. The project is an example of how a well-organised Figma file and a clear development process make even a budget project deliverable to a high standard.
