🎯 The Challenge

IPSOR Capital AG, a limited qualified investor fund, wanted a website matching the polish of nicolawealth.com — one of the most refined wealth management sites online. The brief covered roughly 10 pages, a seven-item mega menu with sub-menus, and a strict black and gold visual identity, all within a $350 budget.

The constraints were real. The client wanted the full UI designed and approved in Figma before any WordPress work began, adding a complete design stage to the timeline. He initially pushed for delivery within days, while Eid holidays were approaching. Two pages had no source material at all — one page didn't exist on the reference site, and the "Meet With Us" page used three conditional forms. Content arrived late and feedback cycles ran through a second stakeholder, Julia, stretching a 16-day order across nearly two months. An existing live site on the ipsorcapital.com domain also had to stay untouched throughout the build.

💡 Our Solution

I held a firm, honest timeline of 16 days minimum instead of agreeing to an impossible Friday deadline, and clarified scope precisely — confirming that a WordPress editing login was included but a custom client investment portal was not. I designed all pages in Figma first, guided the non-technical client through previewing the file, then rebranded the design with the IPSOR Capital name, logo, and black and gold palette. The build was done in WordPress with Elementor on the client's Bluehost account, in a separate installation so the existing site stayed live. I ran two live revision sessions with Julia, implemented all requested changes, migrated the finished site to the ipsorcapital.com domain, shared all credentials, and trained the team to edit content themselves. When content delays hit, I requested two formal delivery extensions with clear reasons — both accepted.

🏆 The Result

IPSOR Capital AG went live with a corporate WordPress site matching the premium reference — Home, Our Services, Asset Management, About Us, and Contact pages, full mega menu, and mobile-responsive layouts. The client accepted both extensions without friction, confirmed delivery through Julia, and had signalled from day one: "there will be 2 websites to be done in total. We start with the first one and see how it goes." Key quotes from the chat: "ok perfect" on the editing setup, and "yes exactly" confirming the design direction. Final delivery completed July 24, 2025.
