🎯 The Challenge
AirCliniq had a live telemedicine and travel health website built on Lovable.com — an AI website builder — hosted via One.com. The brief was a faithful pixel-accurate recreation on WordPress, preserving the exact layout and content in both English and Norwegian. No redesign was wanted — the build needed to replicate the source site section by section across both language versions. The initial desktop review appeared satisfactory, but a mobile review and Norwegian language comparison revealed significant discrepancies: the mobile version had layout errors, and the Norwegian content version did not match the English layout in multiple sections. Language switcher flags needed to be replaced with text labels, locale codes corrected from "Nb" to "No," multiple page titles and navigation labels corrected in Norwegian, and visual consistency fixed between the two language versions — including a blue background present on the Norwegian welcome section but absent on the English version.
💡 Our Solution
Built the full WordPress recreation on a staging domain first for client review and approval before touching the live domain. Used Elementor for layout recreation with section-by-section comparison against the live aircliniq.com source site. After initial approval, the client provided direct side-by-side screenshot comparisons between the original and the new build for every page — this comparison method became the QA standard for all corrections. Mobile layout errors were resolved across all pages. Norwegian language version was corrected page by page against the screenshots: page titles updated ("Medisinsk Fornyetvurdering" → "Ny Medisinsk Vurdering"), navigation labels corrected (Reisemedisin on dropdown and heading), Norwegian singular form corrected (Videokonsultasjon), missing English "Home" navigation label added. Language switcher updated from flag icons to text labels ("English" / "Norsk") with corrected locale code. Blue background visual inconsistency between English and Norwegian welcome sections resolved. Favicon updated from default WordPress logo to AirCliniq brand. Site migrated from staging to One.com WordPress hosting after all corrections confirmed.

Full bilingual WordPress website live at aircliniq.com — English and Norwegian versions matched page-for-page with the original Lovable.com source site. Mobile responsiveness confirmed across all pages. Language switcher displaying correctly with "English" and "Norsk" text labels. All Norwegian page title, navigation, and content corrections applied and confirmed. Favicon updated. Essential plugins for security, SEO, analytics, and contact forms configured. Delivered for $120. Client returned shortly after with a second, significantly larger project — the OsloGlow full website rebuild and WooCommerce skin quiz engine — confirming the trust built through thorough QA and transparent communication on the AirCliniq migration.
