🎯 The Challenge
MSTechnicals had a domain and hosting but no professional web presence. They served plumbing, electrical, AC, tiling, painting, and door-installation customers across seven Emirates, yet had nothing online to build trust or capture quote requests. They referenced a large competitor site but found it too complex for their needs.
The tighter constraint was budget versus scope. The client opened at roughly $90 for what grew into a six-plus-page website. Real photography was also unavailable because their team member was away, which threatened the five-day timeline.
The final challenge was SEO scope. The client wanted the site "SEO friendly for Google Ads," including tasks like schema markup and Google Business Profile optimisation that fell outside my core expertise.
💡 Our Solution
I aligned scope and budget honestly, proposing a $250 standard package with a five-day delivery and three revisions. Before starting, I collected all content, the logo, and WordPress admin access to avoid mid-project delays. I built the site on WordPress using Elementor and Divi, keeping the design minimalistic per the client's request.
To protect the timeline, we used AI-generated images for service sections while real photos were pending. I cleaned up and correctly placed the transparent PNG logo, integrated the UAE phone number and Instagram link, and added clear "Get a Free Quote" buttons across service pages. Site Kit and Analytics fields were prepped for the client to connect. I consolidated all change requests into one document to prevent scope creep, and I was transparent that specialist local-SEO tasks should go to an SEO expert.

The first draft went live within the delivery window, and the client engaged actively with feedback. All requested changes were completed in a single revision pass, and the project closed on time and on budget. The client asked "Could I see some updates, mate?" during the build and confirmed the updates once delivered.
