🎯 The Challenge

Wise Ads needed a three-to-four page agency website live within 24 hours. The client had already purchased the Orbius Creative Agency theme from ThemeForest and assumed the job was purely cosmetic editing. In reality, no written copy, no image library and no brand guidelines existed at the start of the project.

Access was the second obstacle. WordPress and hosting credentials sat with a previous developer who was travelling and unreachable. There was no environment to build in and no way to preview work on the client's own domain.

The third constraint shaped everything. The client reviewed every revision from a mobile phone, with no desktop access for most of the project. Feedback arrived as phone screenshots and short chat messages, meaning a desktop-first agency theme was being approved against a mobile-only view. Midway through, a second stakeholder joined and redirected the visual approach entirely, calling the existing build too corporate for the brand.

💡 Our Solution

The build was started from the theme ZIP file on an independent staging environment, with a first preview online roughly twelve minutes after receiving the files. This removed the credential blocker completely and let the project move while access issues were resolved in the background. Two further staging environments were used as the design matured before final migration.

Content was assembled iteratively from chat fragments — partner logos sent individually, copy pasted as long messages, client names supplied as plain lists. Once a Figma design file was provided on 4 July, the project shifted from subjective feedback to measurable specification, and revision cycles shortened significantly.

Key components were custom-built rather than left as theme defaults. The partner carousel normalised eight crypto exchange logos (BloFin, Bybit, KuCoin, Bitget, BingX, TradingView, MEXC, WOO X) to visually equal sizing with continuous auto-scroll. The testimonial slider was rebuilt through multiple iterations to achieve bordered cards, bold quotation marks, fixed card height and baseline-aligned company logos. A floating WhatsApp button, a five-language switcher (English, Arabic, German, Spanish, Turkish), payment method icons and page-specific footer hashtag lines were added to spec.

After migration to getwiseads.com, the contact form failed to deliver to the client's Gmail inbox. SMTP delivery was configured and retested until confirmed working. A final four-day pass reconciled desktop and mobile layouts after the client reviewed the site on a laptop for the first time.

🏆 The Result

The Wise Ads website went live at getwiseads.com with three public pages — Home, About and Partner With Us — plus a fourth Work page built and hidden pending case study assets. The contact form delivers reliably and the site is consistent across mobile and desktop breakpoints.

The client confirmed sign-off in stages. After the desktop reconciliation he wrote, "Desktop looks perfect." Following the final mobile alignment fixes he closed with, "Thank you bro all is perfect." A $20 tip was sent unprompted.

His written review stated: "Tallha delivered exactly what was outlined in the brief. He was responsive to all requested revisions and handled the adjustments professionally." The review also noted improvement areas around proactiveness and understanding — feedback that has since been folded into a stricter discovery process requiring a design reference and content pack before build starts.
